UI/UX Design

Person-centered digital interfaces and experiences.

UI/UX Design organizes the relationship between a person and a digital product. We design the user experience from research and information architecture to prototyping and interface design, with a clear objective: to make every screen convert and build loyalty. Useful, readable interfaces that are consistent with the brand, designed for those who use them every day.

Phases

From behavior to the screen

Every interface is born from an ordered sequence. We apply the same method both in a online store like in a corporate web, and we adapt the depth of each phase to the digital product and its users.

01

Research

User and business research: interviews, analytics, and competitive context.

02

Architecture

Information architecture and flow maps that organize content and decisions.

03

Wireframe

Low-fidelity screen structure, focused on hierarchy and content.

04

Prototype

Interactive prototype to test user journeys and validate hypotheses with real people.

05

UI

Interface design: visual system, components, and states ready for development.

06

Testing

Usability testing and continuous measurement to fine-tune the experience after launch.

How do we approach it

A method that connects brand and product

The interface is the point where strategy becomes tangible. That is why we start from the brand and work on the digital experience as a natural extension of branding project, using the same criteria we applied to the rest of the identity.

Understand

We align business goals, user needs, and brand context before sketching anything.

Structure

We define architecture, flows, and wireframes that support the complete experience.

Design

We build the interface design and the component system, coherent and scalable.

Validate

We prototype, test with users, and measure to improve each iteration.

When

Signs of a digital experience with friction

  • Users abandon the process before completing the purchase or registration.
  • Each new screen is designed without a common system, and the product loses coherence.
  • The team is discussing preferences because usage data is missing to make a decision.
  • Navigation grows through accumulation and finding something costs more than it should.
  • The interface looks good on desktop and breaks on mobile.
  • The brand is strong outside the screen and gets diluted inside the product.

Case · Marqués de Murrieta
1852

A historic Rioja winery, founded in 1852, brought into a contemporary digital product. We worked on interface design and user experience, from wireframe to final product, so that the brand's heritage can also be felt on every screen.

Frequently asked questions

About UI/UX Design

What is the difference between UI and UX?

UX is the complete experience: research, information architecture, and journeys. UI is interface design: the visual system and the components that the person interacts with. Both work together on the same project.

Do you work on an existing website or product?

Yes. We audit the current experience, identify friction points, and redesign the priority screens and flows for both an online store and a corporate website.

Do you deliver the design ready for development?

We delivered prototypes, a component system, and specifications to the development team, with documented states and behaviors.

How do you measure that the experience works?

We define metrics from the start and validate them with usability testing and analytics, in order to iterate based on real usage data.
