Libeen is 'smart housing'. It is the brand that seeks to reinvent rent to own for the new generations. A concept designed for today's young people whose living conditions are marked by high rental prices and impossible dreams of buying. A real, accessible solution, with refurbished and furnished homes in urban centers.

CHALLENGE

An innovative project with a lot to tell, in a complex market. We needed a clear and relevant proposal to connect with the public with a solution that met their needs. A different way of doing things, the hope for a whole generation. An attractive idea for customers, investors and collaborators.

SOLUTION

After a phase of research and reflection, we came up with a simple and powerful idea focused on the millennial, the ultimate target of the proposal and the driving force of the other audiences: you can buy a house without giving up your life. It will no longer be necessary for you to live alone for your house, or move to the suburbs or to a house you don't like... And we call this 'smart housing'.

A name that lives on

NAMING

We created an evocative and global name that mixed life with being you. Libeen was born within the real estate codes, as a fresh and close brand, encouraging you to live as you are, as you feel, being yourself in your own home. Because with Libeen you live well today and also tomorrow.

A smart, strong, empathetic and flexible brand that adapts to you and your needs in terms of service, tone and visual identity.

RESULTS

The company has been selected in September 2020 by La Lanzadera de empresas de Juan Roig among 1,800 candidates, in addition to having obtained different recognitions and awards since its creation by global platforms such as Product Hacker Awards, the Finance Forward EU 2020 program of Village Capital, The MetLife Foundation & Paypal or StartUp & ScaleUp Europe PropTech Awards, promoted by the European Commission.
