Baud, strategic brand consultant who runs Carlos Corral, continues to grow and adds three new additions to the design and strategy teams.
Maria Romero and Javier Carlos reinforce the creative department, under the direction of Christian spina, and Andrea Moraleda joins the strategy team he leads javier arenas.
In this way, Baud continues his growth strategy incorporating senior profiles and, likewise, maintaining its support for young talent with high potential.
“Our objective is to adapt our response capacity to the needs of clients and to the projects planned for the second half of the year. At Baud we are convinced that agility and the combination of senior and junior talent are a guarantee of success”, explains Carlos Corral, CEO of Baud.
Maria Romero is incorporated as Senior Designers after having led various packaging projects in different creative studios such as Enric Aguilera, Comité Studio or Dragons Group in Barcelona. María has almost 10 years of experience as a graphic designer and is specialized in packaging design for the cosmetics sector and FCMG. Graduated in Graphic Design and with a Master in Packaging Design from ELISAVA, she has worked for clients such as Aldi, Danone, H & M Beauty, Grupo Agora or Puig.
Javier Carlos also joins Baud's creative team as Senior Designers. Graduated in Graphic Design from UDIT and with a Postgraduate in Creative Illustration from EINA, Javier has 7 years of experience in different agencies such as Raro Estudio, Intro Comunicación and Prodigioso Volcán, from which he comes. Throughout his career, he has worked for clients such as Bankinter Innovation Foundation, Loewe, Madrid Nuevo Norte, Mémora, Puertos del Estado or Repsol.
Andrea Moraleda is incorporated as Strategy Consultant to support the strategy team, after passing through Design Bridge and Partners. Graduated in Advertising and Public Relations and with a Master's Degree in Brand Creation and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid, Andrea has collaborated on projects for clients such as Cepsa, Telefónica or WiZink in Spain and Klym or Liberty in Latin America.
