We continue with the content framework in which we can get to know our team members a little better. Today we talk to Silvia, Strategy Consultant at Baud. Silvia is committed, honest, empathetic and a big fan of design.

Why did you choose branding as a profession?

Because it allows you to go beyond, to be an active part, to go deeper into personal projects,
to make ideas tangible, to give them impetus, to make them grow.

What is the best thing about your job?

To know and understand diverse realities.

And the worst part?

The creative blocks that sometimes occur.

What is the project or brand you have been involved in that you are most proud of? Why?

Those in which the soul of the creators is the essence of the brand. Projects
family members or entrepreneurs who want to do things well, ethically and with the
responsibility, honoring the origin, showing consideration for the past, but also
being a reference for future generations.

Which brand/s would you like to work for? Why?

I could not list them. All those that seek a common good, whether it is more or less
ambitious.

What do you get out of working at Baud?

A creative and detailed approach throughout the process. A team respectful of the
work of others and very professional.

For you, what are the best qualities that a professional in your area should have?

Openness and rigor at the same time.

How do you see the future of your profession a few years from now? What changes do you think may arise?

Brands are capable of influencing and shaping society in the way in which people are influenced.
citizens demand it at all times. I am confident that its influence will be positive and
The number of companies that have evolved as purpose-driven companies has been increasing.

In a nutshell...

  • A benchmark: I keep something from each person I admire, from my friends, from my family and from those I know circumstantially.
  • A confessable hobby: When I visit a city for the first time, I avoid going down the same street twice.
  • A book you would recommend: The shadow of the wind.
  • Your ideal music to work with: any piano piece.
  • A phrase that is your mantra: worth it if there is a good breakfast.
  • A plan to disconnect: mountain walk with dogs, lots of dogs.
  • Something surprising about you: It depends on what surprises you. I can't answer that about myself.
