She is Colombian, she was born in Cúcuta Norte de Santander, but from a very young age she lived in Bogotá, the capital. She considers herself a very kind person, with values, committed, responsible, punctual, respectful, curious and creative. She studied International Marketing and Logistics Administration in Bogotá and for a year between her and her family, they decided to come to live in Madrid, where she studied the master's degree 'Branding: Creation and brand management', a very enriching experience. He affirms that it is impossible not to miss things from his country, but at the same time he feels very comfortable living in Spain and in this time he has met very beautiful people.

Why have you chosen Branding as a profession?

Initially since I decided to do my master's degree, for me branding was love at first sight, I had the opportunity to have great professionals as teachers, which helped me understand and have an approach to the day-to-day life that an agency lives, too. The execution of different recognized companies allowed me to expand my knowledge and see cases brought to life. I am passionate about brands, their essence, their creation from scratch and everything that implies. I love seeing ideas materialize and the process that each one requires.

What is the best thing about your job?

For me the best thing about my job is learning, exploring with different brands, experience, having the opportunity to share with great professionals and learn from them.

And the worst?

The time that we are living right now that limits us in certain things and does not allow me to see the operation of my equipment from a closer plane.

What is the project or brand that you have been involved in and of which you are most proud? Why?

For me at this time each brand has an important value and I get a great learning from each one of them, but I like to work with brands that have their values and their clear purpose, that are consistent with what they say and do and that have passion .

What brand / s would you like to work for? Why?

I think that any brand would be a challenge and a great learning, I could not choose, but I can say that I have always been passionate about the jewelry industry and the luxury sector (ex: Tiffany & Co, Pandora, BVLGARI, Tous, etc. ) because I like what is behind each of the collections, their positioning, the memories they generate and the meaning they have for people.

What does working at Baud bring you?

It brings me great personal and professional learning, knowledge and challenge myself every day.

For you, what are the best qualities that a professional in your area should have?

Have intuition, investigate, be analytical and do not take for granted topics or things that we believe are already given.

How do you see the future of your profession in a few years? What changes do you think may emerge?

I believe that the profession of Branding will be more global and will have more force, because the same companies will realize that they have to adapt to changes and that it is not worth just to exist but to transmit the essence of each one of them, being closer and analyzing the rhythm of their audiences.

What advice would you give to someone starting out in your profession?

That it is curious, that you do not stay with what is already taken for granted, that you do not remain with doubts, that you value every detail and that you become passionate about what you do on a daily basis in your profession.
