The artist Derick Melander, born in Saratoga Springs (NY, USA), son of an abstract painter. He studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York and for more than 15 years he has been dedicated to advertising design and later to interaction and user experience.
At the same time, influenced by his childhood memories of his father's works, he began an artistic career of experimentation.
We have loved some of his works created in workshops with his students, large piles of folded clothes that create impressive shapes with great sensitivity when applying the colors.
